I still can’t get over the incredible action sequences in this film. This is the 4th time I’ve seen this 3rd instalment and it still baffles me. Yes it has its pacing problems at the end of the 1st act and partly in the 2nd too, but for me the sheer scale and excellent execution (pardon the pun) of the action sequences completely outways those problems to be honest.
It’s the best video game film that wasn’t even a video game.
